I like to melt mine in the microwave\u2026. 30 seconds at a time, then stir, until it\u2019s mostly melted\u2026. stir then until it\u2019s completely melted. While chocolate chips tend to be more difficult to get right\u2026 it\u2019s fussy. <strong>Bark or Candy Melts are the easiest to use for this.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Warning\u2026. DO NOT LET ANY WATER GET IN TO THE MELTING CHOCOLATE. It will \u2018Seize\u2019 (get crumbly) and you might as well start over.<\/p>\n<p>Got your toppings ready? Melt chocolate (I find a contrasting color is best). Put the melted chocolate into a plastic baggie, clip a corner, and then splatter the chocolate over the top of your bark.
